- We request instructions from your client or from you 90 days before. Your choice.
- We manage the transfer instructions.
- We request funds accordingly.
- We receive the funds
- We transfer the funds to the Patent Office or the local agent where applicable.
- We forward you and/or your client a official payment receipt.
- We transfer remaining funds back to your client or to you, depending on the agreement with your client.
- You can follow all the actions in real time on our platform.
